Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the AdSequel Shopify app and this website. AdSequel is provided by Pirahas, Türkiye ("we"). By installing or using AdSequel you agree to these terms on behalf of the business that operates the store.
1. The service
AdSequel lets you select an ad from your Shopify store's traffic, generate an ad-matched version of its landing page, run an A/B test for that ad's traffic, and publish the winning version. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Your account
You access AdSequel through your Shopify admin. You are responsible for who in your organisation can use it, and for keeping your Shopify credentials secure. You must have authority to install AdSequel on the store.
3. Plans, trial and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify, in US dollars, at the price shown when you subscribe.
- Each plan includes a 14-day free trial. Uninstalling during the trial means you are not charged.
- Plan limits (live tests, test sessions, page generations) are enforced in the app. When a limit is reached, new test visitors see your original page until the next billing period.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Fees already charged are not refunded except where required by law or by Shopify's policies.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice in the app; the change applies from your next billing period.
4. Your content and responsibilities
- You remain responsible for your store, your products, your ads and everything shown to your visitors — including AI-generated content you choose to publish.
- Review generated pages before starting a test. AI output can contain errors. Prices, stock and discounts are taken from your live store; product claims in the generated copy are your responsibility to check.
- You must comply with the laws that apply to your store and advertising, and with Shopify's, Meta's and Google's terms.
- You grant us a licence to use your store data, ad data and content only as needed to provide the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use AdSequel to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to interfere with the service or other stores, to attempt to access data that isn't yours, or to resell the service.
6. Results
AdSequel measures how your pages perform; it does not guarantee any increase in sales or conversion. A test may show that your current page performs better. Results depend on your traffic, products and many factors outside our control.
7. Third-party services
AdSequel depends on Shopify, Anthropic and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make that limit what AdSequel can do.
8. Intellectual property
We own AdSequel, its software and its brand. You own your store content. Generated page content created for your store may be used by you freely.
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep AdSequel available but don't promise uninterrupted service. If AdSequel is unavailable, your store keeps working and visitors see your original pages.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AdSequel is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Ending the service
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. After uninstalling, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, unless mandatory law where you are based says otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and announce material changes in the app at least 30 days in advance.
